Dr Kehdinga George Fomunyam holds a PhD in Curriculum Studies from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN). He lectures and researches within the discipline of Curriculum and Education Studies and Higher Education in the Department of Higher Education Training and Development in the School of Education at UKZN. Before this, he lectured at the University of Adam Barka d’Abéché. His research areas are curriculum, pedagogy, quality assurance, teacher education, literature and higher education. He has presented papers at various national and international conferences, published several articles on a number of issues. He is currently working on a book titled Curriculum Theorising: The African Perspective to be published in 2018 and a research project titled Decolonising South African Higher Education.
