Practice, Reflection and Portfolio Development in Higher Education
This is a CORE 16 credit module in the programme which aims to increase participants’ ability to use their workplace experiences to further develop and to document their knowledge and skills in relation to Higher Education.

The primary content of this module comprises three foci:

  • selected pedagogical-related knowledge and skills relevant to the particular work responsibilities of each participant
  • experiential learning theory and research
  • portfolio construction
